It’s less than a week before my trip and, of course, I’m slightly worried over funds. Looking around at all the stuff I’ve bought over the last couple years that I never use or don’t enjoy using is making me reflect on…my choices.🧐 That money could’ve been sitting in my bank account right now. No use crying over what’s in the past though. Gotta make a conscious effort to not ruminate.😮‍💨

Also think I’ll hold on to my mirrorless camera after all. Looking back at the photos made me remember how different photos come out compared to more sharpened smartphone photos. You have to sort of work for a decent shot more, but I guess that’s also part of the fun of using a camera camera.

PSA: Cancel that yearly Nintendo Online subscription! Or whatever other subscription you might have forgotten about. Mine was scheduled to auto renew in early Jan, so I just saved myself from burning $50.

These days, though, I’m pretty happy that Mercari is a thing. Recouping some of what was spent on things that didn’t work out for me is pretty awesome. It’s just a pain to list stuff.

Surely the feeling of wanting more yet less at the same time is plaguing a lot of people.👀

Last week, I whittled down my lipsticks by throwing out the old ones and colors that I know I don’t like, which felt good. Honestly, aside from eyeshadow, my makeup collection is manageable now.💄 So while I have like 50 eye colors, I only ever own one mascara or eyebrow pencil at a time. Mmm, smelling a makeup post in the future.

I’ve got stuff on a wishlist that I already used to send things the house. Some things are similar to stuff I already have, which isn’t ideal, but I knew what I was getting myself into. Really interested in posting comparisons here one day.

And super random, but Elden Ring deserved that award!🥳 I can’t wait to force my sisters to watch me play. It’s going to be great.
